Marine engine cooling system: how it works

The cooling system is the system in charge of regulating and maintaining the temperature of the boat's engine, thus allowing a good water exchange and the expulsion of heat from the engine to the outside. 

In boats this cooling system is carried out directly with sea water. Salt water pumps are used to prevent the engine from overheating by circulating the water to regulate the temperature and cool the engine.
